About the Role:


As a Support Worker, youll assist a diverse group of individuals with varying abilities and needs. Your responsibilities will range from helping with daily activities to offering companionship and emotional support. The people we support enjoy a variety of activities, including music, crafting, gardening, cooking, and games. Your kindness and empathy will be essential in creating a safe and positive environment where they feel valued and supported.

Contract and Shifts:


  • Part-Time Contract: 30 hours per week.
  • Shift Times: Between 07:00 - 22:00, with rotas organized 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Sleep-Ins: Opportunity to earn an additional flat-rate payment of £62.45 for sleep-in shifts.
