We are open to senior HR Advisors keen to step into an HR Business Partner position or an experienced HR BP keen to join an impressive business which produces impressive products.Your new roleIf you are looking for a challenging and rewarding HR role in a proactive team that makes a difference, then this could be the role for you! Great opportunity for an experienced HR BP or (Senior) HR Advisor looking to move into an HR Partner post. As the HR Partner, you'll have the opportunity to add value by fully leveraging the skills and talents of people in the organisation. In a true generalist role, you will be responsible for supporting teams across the full range of activities within the employee lifecycle, including (but not limited to): employee relations, recruitment, training, absence management, HR systems administration, recognition and wellbeing. Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing professional HR advice and support to Managers and employees on a wide range of employment matters including employee relations cases, management of attendance, performance management, diversity and inclusion, employment legislation, HR policies and employee engagement
  • Acting as a point of contact for the employees and Managers in the business
  • Proactively supporting the delivery of HR processes, including performance appraisals and merit review
  • Contributing to HR projects
  • Supporting programmes which involves retention, development and succession planning
  • Designing and maintaining organisational metrics as the performance of the business unit improves
  • Working with hiring Managers to manage the recruitment process for the UK and other locations as needed
  • Promoting and managing internal recognition programmes
  • Maintaining accurate records and keeping internal systems up to date
  • Being the first point of contact for associate issues within the business unit
  • Sharing best practices with HR representatives across the organisation
  • Supporting the on-boarding of all new employees
  • Understanding and working to ensure HR compliance with UK laws
  • Coaching line Managers & employees

What you'll need to succeedYou must be experienced in the HR activities listed above. This role will suit someone who possesses the ability to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and be able to flex between day-to-day operational activity and project work. Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Ideally, you have a Bachelor's degree in Human resources or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Ideally, you have CIPD level 5 / solid HR knowledge and experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law is essential
  • Experience of HR systems would be beneficial
