Reed is excited to be working with a client on a fully remote temporary position covering the next 2 - 3 months. This is a part time role working 30hrs a week. This role will be working on the HRIS system Workday alongside the HRIS Manager and a great opportunity to expand your knowledge with Workday.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Provide resolution to end users by resolving tickets within agreed SLA timeframe with the ability to assess and execute to the urgency and priority of each inquiry.
  • Provide training support to group and business unit (BU) HR and ensure all training materials are kept up to date. • Complete regular system administrative tasks including audits, user updates and annual process initiation.
  • Assist with regular testing initiatives (User Acceptance Testing) of Workday functionality. This can include software upgrades and new implementations.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure efficient and effective HR System functionality.
  • Supporting critical events in the HR calendar from the technology perspective, including Performance Reviews, Bonus submissions, Calibration and Progressions.
  • Conduct independent research and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to maintain data accuracy/integrity.
  • Ability to assess high volumes of data, ensure data accuracy and the ability to ask appropriate questions.
  • Collaborate with HR Partners to learn about various HR Functions, best practice and how they relate to and can be better supported by the HR System
