Our client, a leading private sector company, based in Chippenham are looking for an enthusiastic application support desk manager to join their team. They are seeking someone who has a strong background in management and someone who is like minded with a drive for success.

  • To build and manage SQL
  • You will be analysing and improving current IT processes, implementing new ideas to enhance efficiency.
  • Utilizing JIRA for project management.
  • You will be overseeing development and system support functions.
  • Resolving IT issues with a problem-solving approach.

The candidate ideally must:

  • be personable and have strong leadership qualities.
  • have a passion for improving IT processes.
  • have experience setting up processes, portals and automations.
  • have experience working with JIRA OR SQL.
