1st/2nd Line Service Desk & IT coordinator, Desktop Support, M365, Win 11, AD, JIRA
IT Support Analyst required for a leading business based in Chippenham.
The successful candidate will have a background in 1st & 2nd line Desktop or Service Desk Support with excellent customer skills and ability to work well in a team.
A combination of triage, coordination and 1st/2nd line troubleshooting.
This role will start fully on site with the ability to work from home later in the assignment.
Engagement is via umbrella company only.
Skills and experience required:-
- Processing support tickets and triage
- M365
- Win 11
- Active Directory
- Joiners/leavers account creation/deletion
- Troubleshoot software issues
- Knowledge of JIRA desirable
