Business Systems Analyst - Chippenham (hybrid) - £45,000 - £50,000

I'm seeking an experience Business Systems Analyst to join a leading and forward-thinking organisation committed to leveraging technology to streamline and enhance the way the business approaches and uses their software applications. You will be liaising with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements for new and existing systems identifying areas of improvement to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to identify and document business requirements.
  • Analyse and map existing processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
  • Design, implement, and support solutions tailored to meet business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including process workflows, system specifications, and user guides.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and support for Dynamics 365 and related finance systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

As the Business Systems Analyst, you will have:

  • A strong background of various business systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience
  • Experience in requirements gathering and change management
  • Experience in finance systems
  • Ideally a finance/ accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA etc)
