Do you have experience of working as an Operations Analyst within a production/manufacturing facility and currently looking for your next opportunity? If so this could be the role for you.The role of the Operations Analyst is to support the Chippenham operations organisation and is key to the development, planning and analysis of the current Operational performance. Looking for opportunities to improve based on the data analysis from the Operational performance, supporting innovation and leading projects within the Operations team to maximise the growth potential. This position will also support sustaining engineering changes to improve the productivity of the assembly and fabrication processes, by looking at production capability and improving build methods and processes.Successful candidates will have:

  • Lean Six Sigma certified to Green Belt level.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and creative thinking skills
  • Kaizen / CI experience
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work in a team or alone with good communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills utilising MS Office tools.
  • Self-starter with a passion for Manufacturing and problem solving.
  • MSA/CPK experience
  • 2+ years in production line development within a manufacturing environment
