Hours 40 hours per week:

Monday - 08.00-17.00

Tuesday - 09.30-18.30

Wednesday & Thursday -10.30-19.30

Friday - 09.00-18.00

In this role as cleaning manager, youll be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of our clients premises, a well-known corporate client to the highest levels.Your tasks will include leading a team of 15 domestic and industrial cleaning staff, across varying shiftsto ensure high standards of cleaning of the clients environment, using a range of tools and materials in accordance with BICS standards.


As an Apleona cleaning manager, you will manage the budgets, reporting and staff rotas to maximise the use of internal staff. You will maintain and monitor cleaning standards in line with KPIs, ensuring the team are tasked efficiently by maximising resource at peak times. You will ensure site compliance, health & safety, and audit plans meet legislative requirements, and ensure that customer service is the main focus of the whole team.


Our Ideal candidate will need to have:

  • Experience in cleaning for a corporate office environment would be desirable

  • Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Valid UK driving license - desirable

Well provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You may already have current IOSH and BICSc qualifications, a track record of working with cleaning industry colour coding and a sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies which would be great. You will also have management experience gained in a similar role.


You will work the above hours and be paid a salary of up to £30,264 with access to Apleona employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start.
