Commercial Property Solicitor - Chippenham 

This family friendly law firm is searching for an additional commercial property solicitor to join the growing team. Ideally you will be experienced with a minimum of 4 years’ post qualification to be able to pick up on an existing caseload of commercial property matters from day one.   

What will you do?

  • Join a well-reputed and approachable law firm, with two offices across Wiltshire
  • Manage an interesting and varied caseload, including but not limited to, consortium agreements, sale and purchase of land or property by charities, planning agreements, property mortgaging/finance, handling option agreements by the landowner or developer, clawback agreements, and easements and right of way
  • Have the option to be upskilled and advise on Ecclesiastical property matters
