Job Title: Litigation Lawyer

An award-winning firm based in Wiltshire is looking for a talented Litigation Solicitor to join their busy growing Litigation team. This is your opportunity to join a department that is motivated and be involved in growth within the team.
The Opportunity:
- Work within the Litigation department managing a caseload of general litigation.
- Expected to be independent and "hit the ground running" with support from the Litigation team, including some secretarial support.
- Provide excellent client service, focusing on building reputation and developing client business for the department and firm.
- Ensure clients recommend the firm through outstanding service, networking, and marketing activities.
- Create articles, blogs, and posts related to areas of expertise to raise profile and awareness.
- Join a small team currently split between different offices.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams, including Commercial and Private Client teams.
You will have:
- 3 years fee earning experience
- Experience in at least one of the following: Property Litigation, Employment, Commercial Litigation and Shareholder Disputes
- Ability to handle own caseload and to ensure that all work is progressed expeditiously.
- A commitment to hard work and good commercial awareness
- Experience managing team members is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently within a fast paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
