Role Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years PQE with experience in:
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Trust Drafting
- Trust Administration
- Manage an existing caseload of private client work, including:
- Advising High Net Worth clients
- Will Drafting
- Probate
- Administration of Estates
Desirable Qualifications
- To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- STEP Qualified or actively working towards full membership (preferred but not essential – Support Given)
