TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a reputable, client-focused law firm with offices in Salisbury and Chippenham. The firm is looking to expand its team by adding a Conveyancing Paralegal to their property department in Chippenham. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist fee earners with the following duties:
- Compiling and sending out draft contract papers.
- Drafting AP1s and TR1s.
- Requesting searches and dealing with the Land Registry and SDLT.
- Chasing outstanding enquiries and sending requisition statements.
- Working closely with fee earners to ensure the efficient growth of the department.
- Assisting with both freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages.
The successful candidate will:
- Have at least 2 years of solid experience working within Residential Conveyancing.
- Be confident and professional in both written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Have knowledge of case management systems and online systems used for SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications, etc.
- Be proactive in communicating with clients and taking ownership of tasks.
- Be committed to training and development and enthusiastic about the role.
