Conveyancing Paralegal Responsibilities:

  • Assist fee earners with compiling and sending draft contract papers
  • Draft AP1's and TR1's
  • Request and manage searches
  • Handle Land Registry and SDLT matters
  • Chase outstanding enquiries and send requisition statements
  • Work on freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages
  • Collaborate with fee earners to support departmental growth

Conveyancing Paralegal Requirements:

  • 2 years solid experience in Residential Conveyancing
  • Confidence in written and verbal communications
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with case management systems and online platforms (e.g., SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive attitude
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development
