This well-respected and friendly Wiltshire firm is looking for a paralegal to support the residential conveyancing fee-earners in its busy Chippenham office.
What do you need?
- Must have at least 2 years of experience gained in residential conveyancing
- Be familiar with online systems e.g. those used for SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications etc
- Draft AP1s and TR1s
What will you do?
- Join a successful law firm, and established conveyancing team
- Assist on a varied caseload including sales & purchases, freehold & leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages and new build
- Play a part in the continued growth of the department
