We’re searching for an organised and enthusiastic Resource Co-ordinator to join a fast-paced and dynamic sales team. About the Role:

As a Resource Co-ordinator, you will work closely with experienced sales and delivery teams, coordinating the smooth and effective delivery of services. You’ll be responsible for managing processes, scheduling resources, and ensuring projects are executed seamlessly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure the smooth running of the delivery process.
  • Plan, commence, execute, and oversee assigned projects, ensuring all deliverables meet the agreed statement of works.
  • Schedule engineering resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Act as the primary communication link between the company, customers, and the delivery team, providing project documentation and updates.
  • Ensure the change process is followed, and manage project escalations to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Gather feedback on completed work and identify follow-on opportunities for account managers.
  • Maintain service-related documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and organised.
