Join our dynamic team as a Resource Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating the delivery of services alongside our experienced sales and delivery teams. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth-running delivery processes from planning to execution.
  • Coordinate the delivery of projects against statements of work and schedule engineering resources accordingly.
  • Manage the flow of information between the team, customers, and delivery partners, including the delivery of project documentation.
  • Follow and manage the change process, handle project escalations to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Collect feedback on work delivered during and upon completion of projects, highlighting follow-on opportunities to account managers.
  • Maintain and administer service-related documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong rapport-building skills.
  • An underlying IT technical knowledge is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Proven track record in a similar role, with an understanding of B2B processes and experience within an MSP environment being desirable.
