Are you a proactive professional looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same? Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their growing Business Development Team. As the Sales and Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the team to deliver innovative solutions to both existing and new public sector clients.

The Role:

In this position, you’ll be instrumental in driving business growth by supporting the creation of compelling case studies, marketing materials, and tender responses. Your responsibilities will range from managing public sector bids to assisting with customer account management, all while ensuring the team is well-equipped to achieve its goals.

In the role of Sales and Bid Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing public sector bids and maintaining a content library to ensure fresh, impactful responses.
  • Monitoring bid performance and identifying opportunities as they are published.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support the completion of bid plans and managing multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Developing and managing creative content for marketing materials, case studies, and press releases.
  • Providing essential support and administrative assistance to the Business Development Team.

  • A strong organisational mindset and ability to track progress.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience in writing and submitting tenders would be advantageous but not essential
