Working in partnership with this market-leading business, we are looking for a self-motivated Account Manager to join their well-established team in Chippenham. In this exciting role, you will ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns, acting as a primary contact for specific accounts.
Duties:
- Oversee the timely and successful execution of campaigns, meeting both client and internal expectations
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to clients
- Foster strong client relationships through proactive and exemplary service standards.
- Efficiently address client queries and concerns, both internal and external.
- Develop briefs, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage client data, including stock levels, raffle draws, and Royal Mail Freepost information.
Person Specification:
- Previous customer service/account management experience is essential
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills
- Builds strong working relationships and works effectively as part of a team
- IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week and hybrid working is available (3 days in the office and 2 days at home)
Due to the location of the business, having your own transport would be beneficial.
