HRIS, Compensation & Benefits Analyst
Location:Chippenham (Hybrid Two days on-site, Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

Latham & Bond HR are recruiting for our client to fill the newly created position of HRIS, Compensation & Benefits Analyst. This role is pivotal in managing the organisation's HR system, overseeing employee benefits, and supporting compensation processes. You will ensure accurate HR data management, lead critical initiatives like pay reviews and bonus cycles, and provide valuable insights through data reporting and analysis. With a hybrid working arrangement, including two days on-site in Chippenham, this is an exciting opportunity to impact a fast-paced, dynamic environment significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Management:
- Oversee and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure accuracy of all employee data, including personal, compensation, and benefits information.
- Lead HRIS governance and RACI.
- Collaborate with IT and external providers to manage system upgrades, configurations, and security protocols.
Benefits & Compensation Lead:
- Lead global benchmarking initiatives, supporting HR and managers in role evaluations.
- Oversee the annual pay review process, including design, data management, and analysis.
- Manage UK and support global employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life assurance, pensions, and annual leave.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee and vendor benefits inquiries.
- Assist with open enrolment processes, including communication and troubleshooting.
Data Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports and dashboards related to employee data and benefits utilization.
- Analyse costs, participation rates, and trends, recommending improvements or cost-saving opportunities.
- Update company organisation charts and prepare data for benefits renewals and audits.
- Build and maintain HR KPI dashboards and generate insights through data-driven analysis.
Process Improvement:
- Evaluate and enhance HRIS and benefits administration processes.
- Champion new workflows, driving efficiency and automation.
- Work with IT and HR teams to implement new system features and technologies.
- Support HR staff with training on the HRIS system.
Skills and Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' experience in HRIS management or compensation and benefits administration.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Excellent communication skills, high accuracy in data handling, and the ability to analyse and present complex data.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with sensitivity to confidential data.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in multi-disciplinary teams across global regions.
- Previous experience with HRIS identification and implementation is advantageous.
