We are looking for 3 temporary administrators to join a busy team.

Based: Rural Malmesbury - transport required

Rate: £12/hr

Duration: 2 months

Standard Working hours 09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday with flexitime available

This is for a business that works within interior design. The products are high end and the detail is exceptional.

The role

You will be working to support the sales team, growing relationships with Trade customers including Interior Designers, Architects, Contractors, Property Developers & Retailers.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Team by creating quotes and communicating with customers
  • Constructing and amending trade quotations
  • Undertaking ad-hoc duties to help reduce trade team workload
  • Answering trade customer enquiries – via telephone & email
  • Maintaining and updating Trade Customer information

Your skills, qualities and experience

  • Good communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Organised and efficient
  • All necessary training provided but a positive attitude is essential

This is an office based role with NO home working.
