What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality lessons aligned with Early Years and Key Stage 1, focusing on creativity, independence, and inclusion
- Modeling best practices for classroom and behavior management to foster a positive learning atmosphere
- Creating a safe, dynamic, and inclusive environment that welcomes each child’s unique background
- Participating in curriculum planning, differentiation, and ongoing assessment to meet all children’s needs
- Supporting school improvement, self-evaluation processes, and extracurricular activities
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Qualified teacher with experience in EYFS and Key Stage 1, driven by a love for early childhood education
- Innovative and enthusiastic, with the ability to make lessons engaging and accessible for young learners
- Skilled communicator and team player, committed to family engagement and community involvement
- Strong understanding of behavior management practices and adaptive teaching strategies
- Passionate about contributing to a close-knit and supportive school community
