We are recruiting for a Property Administrator on a contract basis. This will be hybrid working with a mix of office and home.
Candidates will be responsible for the provision of support to the Asset Management and Property teams.
Coordination of Asset Management support.
Provision of project management support.
Collate and analyse data.
Must have experience in the application of Microsoft excel, and maintenance ordering and management systems (such as Keystone or similar).
The role will include the ability to input, collate, analyse and cleanse data sets across a range of IT systems and to construct and manipulate spreadsheets to assist in the analysis, forecasting planning and reporting.
