Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of 360 recruitment experience and the ability to build a cold desk from scratch. While the agency operates within the commercial sector, candidates from any sector are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Desk Development: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to build a cold desk.

• Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and recruit high-quality candidates.

• Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and placement.

• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to share insights, strategies, and support.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment, open to different sectors.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and managing a cold desk.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Sales Ability: Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Flexibility: Ability to manage a flexible work schedule and adapt to changing priorities.

• Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
