As a Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager, you will:- Develop and maintain a warm, caring environment geared to meeting individual needs and providing maximum independence, respecting individuals' rights to privacy, freedom of choice, and personal expression.- Maintain all legal and statutory records, including displayed records concerning the home, insurance certificates, and registration.- Investigate complaints, compile reports, and take appropriate action if required.- Liaise and cooperate with CQC inspectors and inspections, maintaining regulatory compliance in all areas.- Oversee all staffing requirements and manage the recruitment of suitable employees for the home.- Ensure effective inductions and identify and meet the training needs of all team members.- Conduct regular supervisions, assessments, lead team meetings, and ensure the Care Home is a friendly and supportive caring environment.
