Teaching Assistant - Special Educational Needs / SEN Classroom Support Assistant - SN15

My client, a nurturing and supportive primary school, is looking for an engaging and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide vital SEN support across year groups, particularly in Key Stage 1. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs, focusing on their individual goals and learning needs.
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities that promote inclusion and achievement.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to support their emotional and social development.
  • Supervise OPaL lunchtime activities, fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure children receive the best possible support.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall learning environment.
