What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering creative, individualized lesson plans to meet diverse communication and interaction needs
Monitoring and reporting on pupils’ progress, setting personalized educational goals
Collaborating with parents, carers, and specialists (e.g., speech therapists) to support holistic development
Maintaining an inclusive, calm classroom that fosters emotional well-being and safety
Leading and mentoring teaching assistants to provide consistent, supportive education

About You

Be able to do the job as described.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a passion for supporting complex needs and SEND education
Skilled in child-centered and differentiated teaching approaches to support individualized learning
Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills for working with parents and multidisciplinary teams
Creative, adaptable, and committed to a nurturing, inclusive learning environment
Leadership experience, or a keen interest in taking on Resource Base leadership responsibilities
