Resource Base Class Teacher / SEND Teacher - SN15

My client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Resource Base Class Teacher to work in a small, supportive team, teaching a class of up to 10 children with comprehensive TA support. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and motivate pupils while developing your own teaching skills in a nurturing and inclusive environment. This role is looking to start on 22nd April, working on a full-time basis with a permanent contract.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching a dedicated Resource Base class of up to 10 pupils with SEND, supported by skilled teaching assistants.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver tailored learning experiences and improve outcomes for pupils.
- Inspiring and motivating pupils with positivity, enthusiasm, and creative teaching strategies.
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Monitoring progress, maintaining records, and ensuring all learners reach their full potential.

- Hold a relevant degree-level qualification.
- Proven ability to improve outcomes for children through innovative teaching practices.
- Passionate about inclusion, with high expectations for both yourself and your pupils.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
