SENCO / Special Educational Needs Coordinator - SN15

Looking to make a genuine impact on children's lives? My client, a warm and inclusive primary school, is searching for a passionate SENCO to join their dedicated team. In this part-time, permanent role, you'll be at the heart of shaping the educational journey for students with special needs, working closely with the school community to ensure every child has the support they need.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and coordinating SEN provision across the school to ensure the best outcomes for children with special educational needs.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support the well-being and progress of students.
  • Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and monitoring the progress of SEN students.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff on SEN-related issues.
  • Ensuring the safeguarding and well-being of all students.

  • Excellent communicator, organized, with a keen eye for detail.
