Restaurant Assistant - part time

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as a Restaurant Assistant at our Lacock branch, in our Herb Garden restaurant.

The ideal candidate will ideally have a passion for customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential to create a friendly welcome

Part time hours available - working every other weekend and Mondays (may change in line with business need)

• Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Ensure all food stored and handled to company standards
• Clear tables quickly and help keep the restaurant clean, tidy and attractive
• Operate a till with efficiency
• Prepare and serve drinks to the specified standard, in an efficient and friendly manner
• Experience of using a till and making barista style coffees required.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Transactions handled correctly and courteously
