Infrastructure Consultant
Working within the pre-sales team with a focus on Server, Storage and Backup. Uncovering organisations technical challenges at a strategic level, building end-to-end solutions
Base Salary upto - 52,000- 66,750K - OTE (69-89K)
Job Role Responsibilities
- Consultative with a ability to uncover customer challenges
- Early engagement with customers in selling servers, storage and backup solution
- Provide expert technical pre-sales support for opportunities involving servers, storage and backup solution.
- Understand and gather customer requirements and offer complete & cost-effective solutions
- Assess, design and present end-to-end hybrid infrastructure solutions, centred on moving traditional infrastructure to the cloud and/or hybrid environments.
- Continuously learn and certify against key vendors within Hybrid Infrastructure such as Veeam, HPE, DELL, Microsoft Azure, VMWare ect
- Create and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and surrounding service partners
We are looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role (i.e. Presales/consultant/engineer)
- Exposure to infrastructure services and legacy transitions
- Experience in recommending and designing solutions
- Certifications in Azure, core infrastructure and virtualisation would be advantageous
- Good understanding of our strategic vendors solutions and offerings
