Key Responsibilities

  • Quality System Maintenance: Ensure all elements of the quality system align with company practices, codes, and customer protocols
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and update component specifications, product specifications, QA and HACCP manuals, Marketing Regulations, and customer specifications
  • Product Checks: Conduct and oversee quality checks as detailed in the QA manual
  • Record Review: Verify and sign off on all quality-related records
  • Complaint Investigation: Assist in investigating complaints and quality failures, recommending corrective actions to prevent future issues
  • Material Audits: Perform in-depth inspections of packing materials, reporting findings to the QA team
  • System Audits: Audit sections of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance, identifying and reporting any non-conformances
