Just Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Paint Sprayer on behalf of our client, an approved Bodyshop based in Chippenham.

We are looking for a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our clients team, specializing in the preparation and finishing of vehicles to high-quality standards. This role involves working on a range of vehicles, delivering excellent paint finishes with a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and mask vehicles for spraying, including sanding, priming, and filling.
  • Mix and apply paint to achieve a perfect color match and finish.
  • Operate spray equipment and tools to apply paint layers smoothly and evenly.
  • Inspect finished vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe workspace.
  • Follow health and safety regulations within the bodyshop.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop or automotive environment.
  • Strong understanding of paint mixing, spraying techniques, and color matching.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes.
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols in a workshop setting.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
