Who will you be joining?

Collab Talent Solutions is excited to be partnered with a unique specialist business to appoint a Business Analyst with system implementation experience on an initial 12 month contract. The ~£30m turnover business is well established and is a true specialist in it's field, with global customers and an excellent reputation.

Based in stunning surroundings in the Cotswolds near Broadway in Chipping Campden, the business has excellent onsite amenities and works on a hybrid basis - with this role being based in the office 3 days out of 5.

What will you be doing?

Long story short, you'll primarily be managing a QMS implementation - to include process mapping, stakeholder management, and testing. You'll also be supporting on other areas of their ongoing finance transformation project.

This is a varied and interesting BA/PM role focusing on the improvement of business systems and processes, acting as a bridge between internal and external stakeholders. You'll be integral in supporting analysis, design, prioritsation and implementation of process and system changes to improve business performance.

Why would you be a good fit?

You'll ideally have 3+ years experience in a similar Business Analyst role, with prior experience supporting, and ideally owning elements of, a system implementation within a medium sized business.

Qualifications wise, full qualification of or working towards Prince 2 and/or Agile is desirable, but it's the experience you have that matters - you'll be a highly effective communicator with great problem-solving and analytical skills that have been put to the test previously in an organisational change project.

What's in it for you?

This is a full-time, 12 month fixed term contract position (8:15am - 5:15pm or 4:30pm on Fridays) with hybrid working allowing up to 2 days per week from home, with flexible considerations.
