My Chipping Campden based client is looking for a highly organised and detail orientated Legal Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to their legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the legal department by managing documents, coordinating schedules, and assisting with various clerical tasks.

This is a full-time opportunity in a growing firm where the person will be given the opportunity to grow and develop.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Organise and maintain legal documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court dates for legal staff.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, legal documents, and reports.
  • Assist with case preparation, including assembling and filing motions and other legal documents.
  • Manage communication with clients, witnesses, lawyers, and outside vendors to schedule interviews, meetings, and maintain a professional relationship
  • Track and ensure compliance with deadlines and schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a legal secretary or administrator.
  • Familiarity with legal documents and terminology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
