In this pivotal position, as Lab Technician you'll be responsible for:
* Monitoring and optimising processes to maximise production.
* Conducting sampling, testing, and data analysis to maintain quality standards.
* Record results and effectively communicate findings to operations colleagues.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance operations.
* Maintaining health and safety protocols while driving continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will: -
* Have a strong foundation in Maths, Physics, and English or similar.
* Have hands-on laboratory experience and technical expertise.
* Excellent organisational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
* Confidence with data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Office.
