  • As an IFA Administrator, you will support the advisers in all areas of administration with a focus on providing an excellent client journey.
  • You will also liaise with product providers, clients and other professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • You will work in accordance with the regulatory standards and best practices, and you will keep up to date with the latest changes and developments in the financial services industry.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
What you’ll need to apply:
  • Experience in a Wealth Management firm, providing administration support to the paraplanners and advisers of the business.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you are able to work within a team environment.
