- Salary £32k plus tips 3-4k = £36k package

The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Working with Modern kitchen equipment
- Running your section
- Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to high AA rosette levels
The Person
- You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
- Steady Career History
