The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh locally sourced produce. You will work for an experienced Head Chef who can offer support and training. The business is having new investment which will see the pub refurbished to a high standard in the coming months so is an excellent time to join this growing team.

The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Kitchen Management duties
- Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
- You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
