Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an award-winning care home in Chipping Norton who are looking for a Head Chef offering straight day shifts, with predominantly Monday to Friday hours.

Package
- £16.20 per hour
- 40 hour working week
- Typically, Monday to Friday shift pattern, with occasional weekend cover
- Straight day shifts between 8am and 6pm (no evening working)

What's involved?
Working as the Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen team to deliver healthy & high-quality meals for the residents, taking into consideration individual dietary requirements. You will oversee coaching and mentoring the junior staff, as well as creating new menu ideas for the residents.
As the Head Chef, you will be in charge of stock control and orders, as well as the financial health of the kitchen operation working with the other managers of the home to maintain and control healthy budgets.
