Working Foreman with a Carpentry background required for an immediate start in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire for a long term project.

What is required for the position?:

Tickets: SSSTS / SMSTS and 1st aid

PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots

Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Working Foreman on other construction projects

References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references

Job role:

Your role as a Working Foreman will be assisting the Site Manager on the project, ensuring the program is kept to and the quality of work is maintained. You will be liaising with the other sub contractors on site and occasionally working on the tools as and when required.

Type of project that require a Carpenter:

The site is a high end residential project in Chipping Norton. Our client is renovating and extending the existing house, converting the annex into staff accomodation, refurbishing the stables into a gym and sauna and building a swimming pool and tennis courts on the property. The site is due to run for the next 12 months but they also have another project starting in May near by, which you will go onto afterwards.

Pay:

CIS / UTR

Weekly pay on a Friday

30 Per Hour

Other information:

Contract length: Ongoing.

Working hours: 7.30 - 4.30pm

Weekend work available
