We are seeking an experienced Group Reporting Manager to oversee our consolidated financial reporting and provide strategic insights that drive data-driven decisions across the organisation. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, aligning our reporting processes with best practices, and supporting the enhancement of the financial planning and analysis function across the group.The successful candidate will lead and collaborate closely with the senior management team, and manage both internal and external reporting. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your contributions will directly impact strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Lead the consolidation process for multiple entities across different regions, integrating financial results in line with group policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting standards, working closely with local finance teams to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures, supporting the annual audit process with internal teams and external auditors.
  • Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes, automation, and financial systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Oversee the use and optimization of financial reporting software and tools, supporting the integration of new systems as needed.
  • Ensure high standards in data integrity and accuracy, developing and implementing controls to safeguard the integrity of financial information.
  • Ensure the organization adheres to all applicable financial regulations and reporting standards, implementing robust internal controls.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory environments, adapting reporting procedures and policies as needed to maintain compliance.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of [5-8] years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Previous experience in a technology or high-growth environment is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with a European led business and European regulation would be advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting software (e.g. Oracle, Netsuite, Hyperion) and advanced Excel skills. Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, present insights clearly, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Comfortable with constant change and fluidity as the business scales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
