This is a temp-to-perm position offering an immediate start. You will be responsible for operating saws and other machinery to cut timber and other materials to precise specifications.Key Responsibilities:Setting and producing sawn timber for further processing or to customer specification:Operating a CNC machine.Replacing saw blades when required.Manufacturing products to a high standard.Complete quality checks.Key Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or timber engineering environment is preferred but not essential.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight tolerances.Knowledge of health & safety regulations.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.Team player with excellent communication skills.Positive can-do attitude.Forklift licence preferred but not essential.Due to the remote location, applicants must have their own transport.To apply for this position click the apply button now!
