The Burford Recruitment Company are excited to be working with a highly successful wealth management company located in Chipping Norton, who are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Head of Administration, you will be responsible for supporting the team of Advisors with all aspects of administration for investments, pensions and other financial arrangements.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing documentation and completing application forms
  • Trading unit trusts, investment trusts and shares
  • Submitting new business and following through to completion, checking, recording and reconciling transactions
  • Liaising with Advisors, clients and investments/ insurance companies
  • Preparing valuations and client review packs
  • Writing letters and email correspondence, scanning, filling and answering general telephone enquiries
Skills and attributes required
  • Previous financial services experience (financial planning, wealth management, insurance, banking)
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
