Quality Inspector - The Role:


As a crucial member of the team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that components meet our rigorous racing requirements. Working closely with the Quality Control Manager and Team Leader, you'll follow technical drawing specifications to guarantee compliance. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the efficient processing and release of workload, contributing to the success of our championship endeavours.



Quality Inspector - The Person:


We're seeking individuals with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to interpret engineering specifications. Proficiency in programming CMMs with PC-DMIS and utilising inspection arms running PolyWorks is a must. A strong numerical understanding, use of standard metrology tools, and practical application of GD&T are essential. Effective communication, coupled with the ability to provide succinctly written non-conformance reports is key in this challenging and fast-paced environment. We value a flexible and proactive problem-solving approach. Enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork is highly valued, as success in this challenging environment comes from everyone pulling together to achieve common goals.

Shift Pattern:
Monday - Thursday Nights

What you need:

  • Professional experience using PolyWorks.
  • Experience using Metrology Bench Equipment.
  • A Clear understanding of GD&T
  • Be able to understand and interpret Engineer drawings.
  • Be PC Literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience with Laser part marking equipment
