- Qualifications: Higher Level Teaching Assistant certiifcate OR 10 years experience OR proven to have taken on similar responsibilities. GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Experience: Working with SEN students and delivering literacy programs.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of IT, and expertise in phonics.
- Training in SEN support and Systematic Synthetic Phonics (SSP).
