Our Client is a fast-growing company known for designing bespoke systems and installing cutting-edge security products. Supported by a highly skilled team, they offer nationwide, 24/7 services in site security, CCTV monitoring, and alarm response.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Security Engineer with expertise in CCTV, Intruder Alarms, and Fire Detection systems. The role involves installation, servicing, and maintenance of security solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure video analytics systems to enhance monitoring and deliver customized security solutions for clients.
  • Install and decommission security systems, ensuring proper setup and safe removal when necessary.
  • Work with CAD drawings and site plans to accurately guide security system installations.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and meet all requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with the NSI Gold monitoring station to ensure smooth coordination and high-quality security monitoring.
  • Perform both scheduled servicing and reactive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
  • Provide thorough customer training and product demonstrations to ensure clients understand how to use the installed security systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CCTV engineering.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and IP technology, with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience with vendors such as HikVision and Reconoyez preferred
  • Valid ECS/CSCS card.

Location: Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire + Travel

Term: Full-Time, Permanent Hire

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 P/A (Negotiable)
