We are currently seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our long-established and busy Chipping Norton branch.

Key responsibilities:

• Creating and managing effective staff rotas

• Conducting client assessments and building care packages

• Liaising with both carers and clients to ensure smooth service delivery

• Participating in on-call cover (with additional payment on top of salary)

• Supporting the continued growth and development of the branch

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the care sector

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A proactive and flexible approach
