My client is a leading social housing maintenance contractor who operate successfully throughout Central and Southern England.

They are currently lookingfor a QS to manage two projects in (South London and Canterbury) based out of their SW EssexOffice.

This will likely look like one day a week on site but predominantly office based.

One project is an established Kitchen & Bathroom project which will be running for another 14 years, the other is a planned maintenance and reactive repairs contract which is still in its infancy.

They are ideally looking for a Quantity Surveyor to come in 'on the ground floor' and manage the project financially almost from inception.

This project is also planned to last for the next few years.

Both projects use schedules of rates for pricing (one is NHF and the other NSR) so a working knowledge of these would be a definitebenefit.

The officeandthe projects are very fast pacedso my client would need someone who can manage their time well.

If this vacancy sounds of interest to you and you have previous experience working on social housing planned maintenance contracts in the UKas a Quantity Surveyor, please do not hesitate to apply.
