Location: Chipping Warden // Hybrid working arrangement 

Role Overview:

• Seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in change management.
• Responsible for project delivery, particularly focusing on earthworks at Greatworth and Chipping.
• Managing contracts for road projects under NEC3 or NEC4.
• Requires 5-10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Manage contracts, particularly NEC3 or NEC4, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
• Focus on earthworks projects at Greatworth and Chipping.
• Implement and manage change management processes.
• Collaborate with line managers and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present financial reports and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong background in change management.
• Extensive experience with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
• Proven track record in project delivery and contract management.
• Experience in earthworks and road projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
