Account Executive
Location: Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per annum
Employment Type: Long-term, Ongoing work
Igloo is recruiting an Account Executive on behalf of a leading fleet solutions company. This role focuses on managing client accounts, ensuring service levels are met, and handling key administrative tasks.
The Role:
- Build strong relationships with clients and support account managers in performance reviews.
- Monitor customer KPIs and escalate service risks.
- Process bookings, amendments, and vehicle data in internal systems.
- Manage customer complaints, service delays, and escalations.
- Run daily reports and track fleet movements.
- Liaise with clients on vehicle de-fleeting, deliveries, and collections.
- Assist with administrative support, including compliance with service agreements.
The Person:
- Previous experience in automotive or logistics sectors preferred.
- Strong administration and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new internal systems.
